Is it a subscription?
No. One payment unlocks premium for good. There is nothing to cancel, and future content updates are included.
What can I do without paying?
Take a full mock test without an account, practice 10 questions every 12 hours, and read the whole study guide. A free account raises practice to 20 questions every 12 hours, saves your progress, gives you up to 3 mock tests in all (the one without an account counts), a coach session and a mistake review.
What if I study with you and still fail the real test?
We refund you in full. Complete at least 3 mock exams in CitizenCoach, sit your real test within 60 days of buying, and if you do not pass, email hello@citizencoachapp.com within 30 days of getting your result, with your account email and the result. No other conditions. We do not promise a pass, only that you are not out of pocket if you studied properly and did not get one.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If premium is not for you, email hello@citizencoachapp.com within 7 days of buying and we refund you in full, no questions asked. This is on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do I need premium to pass?
No. A determined self-studier can get there for free. Premium is about doing it faster, with a plan, and knowing when you are ready.
Will the price change?
The current price is a founding price while CitizenCoach is new, and it will rise to A$19.99. It only ever goes up for new buyers. Once you have bought premium, your access does not change or expire.
